Spotlight Bourne End Conversion
Our current project is the conversion of a block of 4 offices into apartments with an additional storey added to the air space.
Being a tight site, the rear wall being the railway platform and one of the offices remaining in use as a dental surgery, it hasn’t come without its issues. Never let it be said Holloway Homes won’t take on a challenge!
After liaising with British Rail and getting asset protection agreements etc in place, Holloway homes have progressed with the build. Installing the new storey and starting to fit out the internal walls etc.
We are now looking to gain planning permission for 3 additional units on the side, maximising the project value.
